3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

db444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Suspected money laundering or other financial misconduct
• An obligation to close the account under applicable law
• Operating multiple accounts

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on db444 is ৳500. We currently accept deposits through three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet. Deposited funds must come from the member's own mobile banking account only.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will be sent to the same mobile banking method used for the deposit.

• Your account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• db444 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal request for verification purposes.

db444 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonus offers have their own terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A maximum deposit of ৳32,000 earns the full ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A member may use a single bonus offer only once.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or the same device claim a bonus, those claims will be considered void.
• db444 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus.

db444's VIP program has three tiers. Members can be automatically promoted to a higher tier based on their activity on the platform.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

VIP benefits are awarded based on the member's activity. db444 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

All members on db444 are expected to act honestly and fairly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other automation tools.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or glitches to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to meet wagering requirements through fraudulent means.
• Operating an account with false or misleading information.

If any such activity is detected, db444 reserves the right to suspend the account, forfeit bonuses, and take legal action where applicable.
